The film - based on Colleen Hoover's 2016 book of the same name - was originally set for release on February 9, 2024.
It was later pushed to June 21, 2024 and now to August 9, 2024, according to a report from Deadline.
The news comes just two months after Lively and Baldoni continued to film new scenes for the film in New Jersey.
If it stays put on this date, it will be quite the busy weekend, with four other new releases debuting wide.

Neon will release its thriller Cuckoo starring Hunter Schafer, while MGM drops The Fire Inside starring Brian Tyree Henry and Ryan Destiny.
Also hitting theaters that day is Lionsgate's video game adaptation Borderlands and Warner Bros.' Trap with Josh Hartnett.
Baldoni himself optioned the novel in 2019 through his Wayfarer Entertainment, while setting himself to star alongside Lively and co-write the adaptation.
The story follows Lily (Lively), a woman who falls for a man named Ryle (Baldoni), though a traumatic incident triggers past memories.
Her relationship is complicated further when the first love of her life - Atlas (Brandon Sklenar) - returns into her life.
FIlming had briefly begun in May 2023 when the writers strike put a halt to production, which was further halted by the actors strike.
Production finally resumed in New Jersey in early January 2024, though it's unclear how much filming is left on the project.
The cast also includes Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Amy Morton and Alex Neustaedter and Isabella Ferrer, who play the young Atlas and Lily.

As of 2019, the book sold over 1 million copies worldwide and was translated into over 20 different languages.
The book received another surge in popularity in late 2021 thanks to TikTok's #BookTok community.
In the time since 2019, the the book had been published in 43 languages.
It Ends With Us was the top-selling print book in 2022, remaining on the New York Times Best Seller List for over 90 weeks.
